This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS app “” (referred to as the “App”). The App is designed to browse a local music library, edit song title, artist, album, artwork, and embedded lyrics metadata, and write confirmed changes back to supported local audio files.
1. Information We Process
- Local audio files you import or that already exist in the shared library.
- Existing or newly edited metadata inside those files, including title, artist, album, artwork image, and embedded lyrics.
- Local index, cache, and settings data used to support library browsing, missing-metadata filters, and save-result presentation.
- Shared song identifiers, return parameters, and shared media library information used when working together with Swift Music and Swift Sync.
2. How We Use the Information
- To display and edit metadata contained in your local audio files.
- To write the metadata and artwork you confirm back into supported audio files.
- To share local music-library data across companion apps in the same suite so the player, lyrics editor, and tag editor can work together.
3. Storage and Processing
The App primarily processes and stores data locally on your device. Your audio files, metadata changes, and library index are typically stored on the device or in a shared App Group container used by companion apps in the same suite.
The current version of the App does not require an account, does not run an advertising system, and does not collect personal information for cross-app tracking purposes.
4. Permissions
- File access: the App uses the iOS system file picker to access only the local audio files you explicitly choose for reading or metadata write-back.
The current version of the App does not declare camera, location, contacts, microphone, local network, or ad tracking permissions.
5. Third-Party Sharing
The App does not sell your personal information. Based on the currently implemented feature set, the App mainly runs offline on-device, does not rely on a remote tag-writing service, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Your edited audio files and local index data remain on the device until you manually delete the files, reset the library, or uninstall the App.
- If you write metadata back into an audio file, that metadata remains part of the file until you edit it again or delete the file.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. If you believe a minor has provided information without appropriate authorization, please contact us using the developer contact information shown on the App Store listing.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s data processing practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be reflected on the published page.
